About

Developed as part of a UN City Communications exercise, this video simplifies the complex institutional concept of multilateralism for a broader audience. I designed and structured the motion graphics to break down the idea into three clear, accessible sections, combining visuals, text, and narration to make the theme engaging and easy to understand.

Hidden Harmonies

Remembering, Acting, and Resonating in the Rainforest

Experimental video poetry project / Pu’er, CN

About

This experimental poetry film was created for the Eco-Creative Writing and Reading course, exploring how language, imagery, and sound can together express human–nature relationships.

Set in the rainforests of Yunnan—my birthplace and emotional homeland, the work unfolds in three chapters: memoryaction, and resonance.

The first chapter reflects on the rainforest as a living archive, whose body itself is memory. The second follows the journey of wild Asian elephants venturing from forest to city, symbolizing the restless vitality of nature. The final chapter draws from Yunnan’s indigenous totems and dances, invoking an ancestral spirituality that transcends language.

Through layered imagery, voice, and motion, the film meditates on how humans might listen to the natural world again, not to dominate or define it, but to rediscover our shared pulse of life.
